Author's Bio
John Powers is Senior lecturer in the Faculty of Asian Studies at the Australian National University. He is the acclaimed author of nine books and over fifty articles, including Wisdom of Buddha ( Dharma Publishing). An expert in Indian and Tibetan Buddhism, he has lived and studied extensively in South Asia with Tibetan Buddhist teachers.
