Media Reviews

Child author Kai and double Paralympic gold medalist Brown partner for a new self-empowerment book for kids...this book is a commendable achievement...a positive life-skills book

-- Kirkus

Be Your Best Self is an exciting new book for children – it’s a comprehensive framework that encourages children to raise their aspirations and turn exciting dreams into a reality. It’s a thought-provoking career tool, a vital people skills asset and a modern-day confidence builder.

-- Rachael Jess

Straightforward advice is brought to life with colourful illustrations throughout and both authors share their own experiences to enable readers to really relate to it. This well-written and beautifully presented book would make a great gift

-- The Book Activist

Filled with tips to help develop executive functioning skills like organization, defining success for yourself, and developing positive self-talk. I like the way this book is broken down into small bites, and interspersed with personal anecdotes from both Danielle and Nathan.

Danielle is based in West Yorkshire. www.daniellebrown.co.uk Follow on Instagram: @daniellebrownmbe Follow on Twitter: @danibrownmbe Nathan Kai pioneered, created the opportunity, then jointly wrote this book when he was only seven years old. Why? Because this AMAZING book should have been on the shelves, and he desperately wanted to have it for Christmas, but it didn’t exist (then…). He’s a member of MENSA, the world’s youngest published self-development author, a public motivational speaker and an elite athlete – a multi-National and European Champion medallist in Jiu-Jitsu. He’s also a grade-four pianist, child model, a trophy-awarded linguist and a thoroughly awesome person. He’s delighted that the book is out for you to learn these tips for success and happiness, too, and for you to Go On and BE YOUR BEST SELF!
