Ivan Orkin is the owner of Ivan Ramen, which has two locations in Tokyo and one in New York. In November 2025 he opened his first permanent London site, following the success of his two pop ups in London and Brighton. Ivan is a familiar face across television, staring on Netflix's Chef's Table.
