Nestled between the glitz and glamour of Monte Carlo and Cannes, lies the quaint little town of Bellevue-Sur-Mer. It’s home to a group of expat friends who, having found freedom from tiresome families and bad weather, have grand plans to open a bustling new restaurant in this slice of heaven by the sea.
