Author's Bio
Zita West is a highly regarded authority on pregnancy and birth. She is a pioneer in the field of natural fertility, a trained midwife, practising acupuncturist and holds an Institute of Optimum Nutrition Certificate. She has her own practice close to Harley Street in central London, where her clients have included Kate Winslet, Cate Blanchett and Davina McCall. Zita is a regular expert on prime time television and radio, appearing recently on Woman's Hour, The Right Stuff, Richard and Judy and This Morning.
