Author's Bio
Cary Cooper is Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at Alliance Manchester Business School. As founding President of the British Academy of Management and Chair of the National Forum for Health & Wellbeing at Work, he has advised the WHO, ILO and WEF and was knighted for services to social sciences. Ian Hesketh is an Organizational Psychologist and co-founder of the UK National Police Wellbeing Service, research wellbeing, resilience and leadership. A Fellow of the CMI and RSA, he holds honorary roles at Manchester, Durham, Lancaster and the Open University.
