Author's Bio
Barry Dalal-Clayton is Senior Fellow at IIED, author of Sustainable Development Strategies (Earthscan, 2002) and co-author, with Barry Sadler, of Strategic Environmental Assessment (Earthscan, 2005). Barry Sadler is an independent consultant and former advisor to a number of international organisations, contributor to Assessing Impact (Routledge, 2004) and co-editor of the Handbook of SEA (Earthscan, 2007).
