Author's Bio

Jane Michell is a nutritionist and weight-loss expert and the founder of Jane Plan, the highly-regarded diet delivery service. Jane's career started at the BBC, where she developed her love of good food, working with household names such as Delia Smith and Rick Stein. She then trained as a nutritionist and spent four years running weight-loss clinics at London's prestigious Princess Grace Hospital. Having lost 2 stone herself - and kept it off - she started Jane Plan in 2010 from her kitchen table. Jane's business has gone on to win a number of business awards and she is featured regularly in the media, most recently in Good Housekeeping and the Daily Mail.
