Karen Saunders is the author of The Breadmaker Bible, Traditional Breads for Your Breadmaker and Tips for Your Breadmaker, all published by Ebury Press, as well as the small books Allinson Bread, which sold more than 250,000 copies (mainly through Sainsburys), and Allinson Continental Deli Cookbook, which sold more than 125,000.
