Peter Freestone is an English author, speaker, and former personal assistant, best known for his long friendship with Queen frontman Freddie Mercury. Freestone, nicknamed "Phoebe," trained in classical music and costume design, and worked at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden before joining Queen's crew in 1979.
