Description

Bear knows all about being calm. He has twelve simple, mindful steps - and he wants to share them with you!

Follow Bear as he teaches little ones how to find calm and peace in our busy world. He knows the very best ways to get comfy, to breathe and relax. Learn to be still, to listen, to really look, to exercise and more. Before you know it, you'll be as relaxed as Bear, ready for bed or a calm day ahead.

Written by Nottingham Children's Book Award (2022) winner, Seb Davey and illustrated by 2-time Amazon bestselling illustrator, Julia Seal.

Author's Bio

Seb Davey (who also writes under the pen names of Oakley Graham and Amber Lily) has written many bestselling children's books during his career, including 'Donut Touch', which won the Nottingham Children's Book Award in 2022, and 'There's a Bear in my Book!', which won the baby category of the Sheffield Children's Book Awards in 2021. Alongside writing Seb enjoys running ultra-marathons and surfing. Pass him a donut if you see him. He'll probably need it! Julia Seal knew from the age of five what she wanted to do for a living - draw pictures! After graduating with a degree in Graphic Design and Illustration and then working in the greeting cards industry (and getting covered in glitter every day!) she finally moved onto her dream job - illustrating children's books. Julia illustrated the Toddler's World Series of books for Sainsbury's and her work has been published worldwide.
