Media Reviews

"Comprehensive biography of Bowie from Ziggy to the Black Star - all the albums are covered as well as the background to his life and work, his endless experimentation, his acting, writing and reinvention of himself in various guises. Fascinating colour photos throughout, many of which had not been published before so were a surprise to me. Perfect gift for Bowie fans."- 5 *, Goodreads reviewer

'Full of insight into the literary and cultural influences that inspired the songs, this vibrant biography offers a fantastic visual journey from the young Davie Jones to the experimental Blackstar.' *****
- Mark Dezzani, broadcaster, Radio Caroline

"Absolutely fascinating and beautifully designed book! The photos are great to look at, the design is very well done, and I enjoy the break between the longer article style story and the smaller tid bits and "fun facts", such as about Bowie's signature eye." - netgalley reviewer

"Superb, well-written, retraces the career of the artist, through his albums.
Beautiful photos." ***** FNAC
