As a creative all-rounder who enjoys everything from photography to illustration, she loves idea generation and seeing her concepts come to life. Since starting at FROM YOU TO ME in 2017, Jess has redesigned some of the company's major best-selling journals, bringing them in line with current trends with more contemporary looks. Increased customer communication with a social media presence and email marketing has improved customer engagement. She oversaw a photography overhaul that has ensured FROM YOU TO ME's products are presented to their full potential, increasing sales in numerous avenues. Outside of work Jess will most likely be found on a country walk or in a pub with a gin in hand, usually in that order.
