John Middleton has over 17 years' experience working in various HR roles, including recruitment and management development. He has given one-to-one career guidance and support covering the writing of CVs to over a thousand people over the past six years. He holds a Masters Degree in Management Development and Training and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. On top of all that he is an established author, having published over 15 books including Smart Things to Know About Your Career (Capstone, 2001). Oh... and he's got a brilliant CV!
