Galton Blackiston has had a passion for creating fantastic food since he was a teenager. Along with his wife, he has run the Michelin-starred Morston Hall hotel and restaurant in Norfolk since 1992, where he is also head chef, and has appeared on the BBC's Great British Menu, Market Kitchen and Food Heroes.
