Description
With modern living becoming faster and more stressful, it is often a battle to stay in control of our lives. Yet by re-examining the way we manage our relationships, money and self-image, and by applying a few simple principles, we can spend less time worrying about our lives and more time enjoying ourselves. In this text Helen Foster explains how, by streamlining and simplifying the way you live, and by clearing away the clutter that complicates your life, you can concentrate on the things that are really important. From your work to your relationship, your wardrobe to your kitchen, it shows how to take control and start living life to the full.
