Stephen Darlington is Organist and Tutor in Music at Christ Church, Oxford and is a recording artist. Alan Kreider was Director of the Centre for the Study of Christianity and Culture, Regent's Park College, Oxford and now lectures in church history at the Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary, Indiana, USA.
