Bob Athwal is Head of Graduate Schemes at RWE npower - one of the biggest names in UK energy, supplying 10 percent of the UK's gas and electricity requirements. Donna Miller is Human Resources Director, European Operations, at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In this capacity she oversees all aspects of people development for Enterprise in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany, which includes more than 4,700 employees John Morewood is Senior Specialist, Emerging Talent, at HSBC, the world's local bank. In this capacity he heads up the emerging talent proposition for HSBC in UK and Europe. Dr Paul Redmond is head of Careers and Employability at the University of Liverpool and one of the country's leading experts on generational theory and the graduate labour market.
