Media Reviews
Fuelling a passion for shooting sports with sound advice and information... This book gives anyone keen to have a go the basic information he or she needs to pursue what could become a lifelong interest. -- Philip Bowern * Western Morning News *
Written in the author's usual approachable style, this book covers myriad subjects from shot sizes, and shotgun applications to the law, safety and different kinds of shooting available in the UK. An absolute must for anyone new to shooting or those who would like to expand their knowledge of the sport, littered with hints and tips that make entry into new areas of the sport that little bit easier to digest. * Shooting Gazette *
The book is clearly set out; chapters cover everything you must know; and the author writes in an easy-to-follow manner... The images are of very high quality and I really like the 'highlights' (a quick way to improve your knowledge). This is the sort of book that doesn't demand your full attention but is interesting enough to read cover to cover if you have the time. -- Mark Elliman (winner of the BASC social media book competition) * Shooting and Conservation *
