Author's Bio
Thomas Byrom PhD was born in England and educated at the universities of Oxford and Harvard. He taught at Harvard and later at Oxford, where he was a fellow of Exeter College and then St Catherine's College. He lived in the United States from 1976 until his death in 1991.
