JAMES EADE has written several books about chess, including the best-selling Chess for Dummies. As a player, he was awarded the title of Chess Master by the USCF in 1981 and by FIDE in 1993. He was a trustee of the U.S. Chess Trust from 2000 to 2019, as well as past President. In 2022, James was awarded the Marquis Who’s Who Humanitarian Award.
