Author's Bio
Peter Howard has worked in the hospitality industry for over thirty years, and has been involved in all facets of the food media, including writing for Australian Gourmet Traveller and appearing regularly on radio. He is the former food editor of Channel Nine's Today Show in Australia, as well as the President of the Food Media Club Australia Inc. Peter is a regular speaker at hospitality and food industry events. His previous book Barbecued! is also published by New Holland.
