Media Reviews
I would encourage anyone with an interest in our open spaces and the campaign for access to read Stephen Neale's England Coast Path. * Kate Ashbrook, chair of the Ramblers *
Thank you for sharing the story of how the path was made. * Boris Johnson *
This delightful guide brings the many wonders of England's coastal path to life - every step of the way. * Nick Clegg *
A very welcome and absorbing book on a long-anticipated and inspiring project which brings us closer to nature. The England Coast Path will leave a positive and lasting legacy for the nation; the story of its creation is almost as inspiring and refreshing as a stroll along the path itself. * Tom Fewins, Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust *
A guide that will be of massive interest to the many tourists and walkers who will enjoy the path for years to come. * Richard Benyon, former Under-Secretary of State for the Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs *
BOOK OF THE MONTH: Love exploring the English coast? Then this is definitely one for your rucksack. 1,000 mini adventures bring a fresh sense of adventure to your seaside escape. * Coast Magazine *
If you are planning to walk all or part of this fantastic trail, start your planning using this fantastic guide. The book gives you all the basic information you are likely to need. If like me the path has come too late for you to be able to walk any of the trail, relax while you enjoy the fantastic photos and imagine you are there in person doing some of the wild activities suggested. I am sure you will enjoy delving into Stephen's well chosen highlights. It's the next best thing to being there in person. Congratulations on a beautiful, well balanced story based on one of my long time dreams. I am proud to have been one of those mentioned in your write up. -- Ann McLaren, President of Essex Ramblers
