Marina Filippelli is a Brazilian who has lived most of her life in Rome and London. After obtaining a diploma at the Leith's School of Food and Wine, she spent one year working in a fashionable London restaurant before launching her career as a freelance food writer and food stylist. Her recipes have been published in numerous British magazines, she has worked behind the scenes for the BBC and she regularly manages cooking holidays in Italy for Tasting Places.
