Gillian Watson is Principal Lecturer in the Faculty of Business and Law at the University of Sunderland, responsible for Partnerships and Admissions. As part of the Business Schools senior management team her current role allows her to foster cooperation and share good practice with the Faculties partner institutions. Her current research interests are in strategic development initiatives to internationalise the curriculum. She is one of the authors of the CIPD textbook Managing for Results.
