Andrew Wooding Jones is director of Ashburnham Place, the Christian conference and prayer centre, where he leads a team of 80 international staff. After working in hotel and catering management, he trained for the Anglican ministry and spent five years as Associate Rector of St Thomas Crookes, Sheffield.
