Author's Bio
Gill Farrer-Halls was born in Surrey, England in 1958 and is a longtime practitioner of meditation. She has worked as a video maker, writer and editor on books and videos about meditation and Buddhism for the last ten years. Her other books include Meditations and Rituals with Essential Oils, The World of the Dalai Lama and The Illustrated Encyclopedia of Buddhist Wisdom. She is currently working on a Buddhist daybook. She practises and teaches aromatherapy and lives in Oxford.
