Author's Bio

Paul Owens has collaborated with several of the club’s former goalkeepers, captains and coaches to chronicle the careers of every keeper to have lined up between the uprights at Goodison Park. A lifelong Evertonian and goalkeeping obsessive, he has written numerous articles on the Toffees’ number-ones for the Everton FC Heritage Society, the club’s official matchday programme and their unofficial fanzines When Skies are Grey and The Black Watch.
