"Peculiar...hilarious...lavish...deranged...definitive. Makes the case for being as significant as Hewlett’s other work. 4.5 out of 5!" SFX Magazine
"You have not seen a comic like this, this year. It's art book, its retrospective, it's history. Gosh, if this isn't some of the coolest thing I've seen. If you're not convinced you need to buy this, you're tripping!" Comics Are Dope
“It is gorgeous. Oh my god, the value. I can flip to any page and it’s incredible.” INKPULP
"Reminds you all over again how vivid [Jamie Hewlett's] cartooning was...no one else would have drawn Terry and Whitey’s world the way Hewlett does, or could have." Tripwire Magazine
"Jamie Hewlett's 90s magic marker masterpiece comic Get the Freebies is awesome!" Jim Rugg (Cartoonist Kayfabe)
"A gorgeous Deluxe Edition ... it's beautifully produced!" For The Love Of Comics

"It’s a behemoth of a book, but it’s worth every penny you spend on it, with every choice feeling like a deliberate and well-crafted addition to a massive tome that’s easy to dive in and hard to put down." Comics Beat
