Juliette MacIver is the author of eighteen picture books. She has received the Storylines Notable Book Award six times, Best Picture Book in the New Zealand Book Awards twice, and has had multiple nominations for awards in New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. Her picture book, The Grizzled Grist Does Not Exist, was awarded a White Raven, a prestigious international award. Juliette lives with her husband and four children in Wellington. Sarah Davis grew up in New Zealand. She won the 2009 Children's Book Council of Australia's Crichton Award for Best New Illustrator. She won Best Picture Book in the New Zealand Book Awards for Children and Young Adults for That's Not a Hippopotamus! in 2017. Sarah lives in Sydney, Australia.
