Jason Butwick practices in all aspects of partnership and employment law, focusing on the financial services sector.
His practice covers structuring and drafting tailored partnership and employment documentation (such as partnership agreements, deeds of admission, employment contracts, incentive and deferral plans, policies and procedures) and advising on SMCR and Remuneration Code implications. He also regularly advises on partnership and employment disputes (such as disciplinary and grievance processes, dismissals, unlawful discrimination and whistleblowing claims, disputed member removals, bonus and remuneration disputes, and enforcement of confidentiality and non-competition obligations).

Chris Horrocks advises on restructurings, debt financings and insolvencies across Europe and the emerging markets.
