Media Reviews
…in its variety, intelligence, and its representative quality, this is a collection to be recommended to any Conrad scholar. -- Hugh Epstein, Joseph Conrad Society (UK) * The Conradian 42:1 *
Joseph Conrad was formed in and through many languages, and in his works a fascination with language serves as a portal through which to explore the profoundest issues of his self and his age. Written by leading Conradians, this is a fascinating, and indispensable, collection for students of Conrad’s writing. -- Jeremy Hawthorn, Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet
