Author's Bio

Steven Gerrard is Liverpool FC's most talented player for a generation, and one of their all-time greats. He has clocked up nearly 600 appearances for the Anfield side he supported as a boy, the club he joined as an eight-year-old.
During his illustrious Liverpool career, Gerrard has won the Champions League, the League Cup three times, the FA Cup twice and the UEFA Cup, as well as being awarded the PFA Player
of the Year (2006) and FWA Footballer of the Year (2009). There's also the small matter of 100 caps for England.
