This Revision Workbook is specifically written for the externally assessed Unit 1: Principles of Science in Award 1 of the Level 2 BTEC Firsts in Applied Science.

With lots of revision practice and guided questions, guidance on how to answer the extended-writing 6-mark questions, as well as answers, this Workbook is designed to complement classroom and home learning and help students prepare for the external test.

* From 2012, Pearson’s BTEC First qualifications have been under re-development, so schools and colleges could be teaching the existing 2010 specification or the new next generation 2012-2013 specification.
