As a dyed in the wool colourwork addict, I look forward to the release of Esme's latest mosaic design with anticipation. I adore her unexpected use of colour and bold, modern patterns, and this, her first book, does not disappoint. Her signature statement patterning, pops of neon shades, bright and satisfying edgings and pom embellishments are all there in abundance. The projects include plenty of cosy blanket patterns but also other cute homewares and accessories galore. If you are a little hesitant as you have never tried mosaic before, don't be - there is also a very clear and concise how to section, ensuring you will be a mosaic addict in no time.
