Description

Having a baby is a big deal. Such a big deal in fact that something like 3 BILLION books have been written to give women the advice and support they need to get through safe and sound. But this isn't one of them.

The book you are holding is a rare and precious thing; a comprehensive and utterly honest guide designed to help men navigate the choppy waters of pregnancy - waters that may well eventually break all over the back seat of your car and usher in the MOST EXTRAORDINARY EVENT OF YOUR LIFE, witnessing the birth of your child.

Taking the whole thing a month at a time and using the experiences of scores of first time Dads, this is a FRANK, FACTUAL AND FUNNY journey charting what men need to know, need to do and need to avoid like the absolute plague when they partners are carrying a baby.

Author's Bio

Mark Woods started his writing career as a news journalist before helping Comic Relief tell its stories and now runs an independent production company. The birth of his first son inspired Mark to write the best selling Pregnancy for Men which has since gone on to become an international bestseller. Babies and Toddlers for Men, published in spring 2012, mixes the wisdom of experienced fathers and the latest research with Mark's many mistakes to help the modern day Dad make the best fist of the most important and enjoyable job he will ever have. His third title, Planet Parent, uncovers how different cultures and countries tackle parenting and the tips and tricks we can learn from each other. Mark lives in south west London with his wife and three children.
