Luis R. Fraga is Russell F. Stark University Professor and Professor of Political Science at the University of Washington. He also serves as Associate Vice Provost for Faculty Advancement and Director of the Diversity Research Institute. Rodney E. Hero is Professor of Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley. John A. Garcia is Research Professor and Director of Community Outreach, Inter-University Consortium at the Institute for Social Research, as well as Faculty Associate in the Center for Political Studies. Michael Jones-Correa is Professor of Government at Cornell University. Valerie Martinez-Ebers is Professor of Political Science at the University of North Texas. Gary M.
