Fang Fang is the associate professor at Institute of Higher Education, Beijing Normal University. She was a visiting scholar of the University of Michigan, and a doctoral student jointly trained by Columbia University and Beijing Normal University. Zeyun Liu is the professor at Business School, Beijing Normal University. He was a visiting scholar of Yale University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and is currently the Editorial Director of China Economics of Education Review.
