Author's Bio
Richard J. Pinder is an experienced public health physician, researcher and educator. He is a clinical academic in the School of Public Health at Imperial College London, and has held roles across health services and government. He is a fellow of the UK Faculty of Public Health and the Royal College of Physicians (London). Christopher-James Harvey is an experienced academic psychologist and educator based at Imperial College London. Since obtaining his doctorate in psychological medicine at the University of Glasgow, he has garnered a wealth of experience in teaching and training healthcare professionals at all stages of their careers, particularly around sleep, mental health and Lifestyle Medicine. Ellen Fallows is an experienced GP with expertise and qualifications in weight management, nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine. She leads group clinics and works with the NHS Type-2 Diabetes 'Path to Remission' Programme. She is Vice-President of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and teaches Lifestyle Medicine at the University of Oxford.
