Description
"His work is magic." - Elisabeth Kubler-Ross This rare book is one of very few which look at what healing really is. Healing arises naturally, says Stephen, if resistances to it are removed. It starts when there is a will to be healed. He shares with his readers a perceptive and invaluable vision of healing at every level - physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual. Opening the heart of love and forgiveness, identifying hindrances, dealing with pain, emotion and abuse are all examined. With the aid of inner exercises, Healing into Life and Death helps people to take charge of their lives, their minds, their hearts and their healing process. Perhaps the most moving testimony to Stephen's compassionate approach to dying is encapsulated in this moving passage from his book. Here he describes being present with those whose dying marked a wonderful opening of hearts and release of spirits: "How much healing had occurred! They were more healed, more whole at their moment of dying than at any time in their life. They had healed into death, their business finished, their future wide open."
