Description

The second edition of "Squash Steps to Success" is fully revised and updated, bringing the tried and tested techniques of the previous edition in line with modern day practice. This time round Yarrow has teamed up with esteemed squash coach Aidan Harrison, to bring even more real court experience to the page. The result? Readers can look forward to two whole new chapters on Advanced Tactics and Conditioning for Squash. Each chapter contains clear, detailed descriptions, photos and illustrations to help improve movement, hitting, disguise and serve. Readers learn how to apply these skills in both defensive and attacking situations, gauging their progress against an intuitive scoring system that helps them to determine when they are ready to move onto the next step. This comprehensive new guide is a shining example of why the million selling "Steps to Success" series has become synonymous with sporting excellence the world over.
