Author's Bio
John Brewer is a Professor of Applied Sports Science at Buckinghamshire New University in England. An acknowledged expert in endurance running and elite sport, he is a lifetime competitive runner, has published numerous books and articles on endurance sport and sports nutrition, and is a regular contributor to Trail Running and Running Fitness magazines.
