Description

From quick-to-prepare family meals like fish pie and tuna carbonara to mouth-watering dishes like crab salad and black olive sole, Clodagh's recipes are easy to follow and guaranteed to produce impressive results. Over 100 seafood recipes are accompanied by side dishes and desserts to round off the perfect meal.

And true to Clodagh's philosophy, she also celebrates Ireland's outstanding food producers and the people who work hard to bring seafood to our tables: the fishermen, the restaurateurs, the fish farmers and the processors.

With stunning photography throughout, this book will delight anyone who enjoys catching, cooking or eating fish, and especially those who are interested in what goes on around Ireland's coast.
