Jay M. Harris is Harvard College Professor and Harry Austryn Wolfson Professor of Jewish Studies, Harvard University. Elisheva Carlebach is Salo W. Baron Professor of Jewish History, Culture, and Society at Columbia University. Moshe Halbertal teaches Jewish Thought and Philosophy at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Israel M. Ta-Shma was Professor Emeritus at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
