Media Reviews
.. .this book is very easy to read and excellent for revision purposes... Rating **** - buy it if you want to understand renal medicine quickly. Given that the kidney is one of the most complex organs to understand, this book will be loved by many students of both clinical and pre-clinical years, as well as junior doctors. It has succeeded where big textbooks of medicine has failed; to give a simple explanation of the kidney Cambridge Medicine - Jan 2001 .. .this book is an ingenious hybrid of a renal physiology/pharmacology text, and a nephrology text. Definitely a worthwhile investment for first years GKT Gazette .. .I would recommend it to anyone who has to learn about basic renal science and medicine in a short space of time. PBL modules, exam revision and the-day-before-you-start-on the-renal-medicine-firm are all situations that spring to mind. Sphincter - Liverpool Medical Students'' Society Journal
