Description
Scenario planning techniques enable people to think about uncertainty in a structured way. This allows people to plan by encompassing the ranges of uncertainty by looking for early indicators of directions and by identifying possible courses of action. This book aims to provide an account of scenario planning and make area accessible to business decision makers, as well as corporate planners. It covers: what are scenarios, and how they relate to planning; why and when to use them; and how to use them (and how not to use them).
