Lynette Owen is Copyright Director of Pearson Education Ltd. She is the general Editor of, and a contributor to, Clark's Publishing Agreements: A Book of Precedents (7th edition, 2007) and is the author of a number of practical handbooks on copyright and licensing for publishers in transitional and developing countries in central and eastern Europe and Asia.
