Description
Molly is facing a new future. She hasn't worked for five years - well, not technically, although as far as she's concerned looking after two demanding children and an equally demanding husband has been trial enough. Despite disgruntled children, Molly persuades her ex-boss to let her take over the filming of a documentary about old age. But the cantankerous eighty-three year-old actress whose life is the focus for the documentary rapidly proves the least of Molly's problems...

Katie Pearson spent most of her working life in television. From humble beginnings as a talk show researcher at London Weekend Television, where she rubbed shoulders with Harrison Ford, John Cleese and Oliver Reed among others, she went on to work as a producer and director alongside stars such as Ruby Wax and Helen Fielding. In 1995, she married Marcus Mortimer, a successful television producer/director, and the following year gave up full time employment to devote herself to the joys of motherhood.
