Description

Are there practical things you can do to stop being bullied? How can you learn to make friends and respect yourself? If you're a bully, can you ever change your behaviour? This is a practical book for parents and children which explains what behaviour can be considered as bullying, and what can be done about it. The book aims to cover everything from examples of how you might answer a bully back, to teaching you how to make friends and restore self-esteem.

Author's Bio

Her mother is British, her father American. She has lived in the UK since 1970. As a child she was a tomboy, and loved swimming, climbing trees, ice-skating - anything outdoors. She has been a teacher, psychologist, and now is Director of the children's charity Kidscape.
