PAUL BALCHIN is a reader in Urban Economics at the University of Greenwich. He is the co-author of Urban Land Economics and Public Policy, published by Macmillan in its fifth edition in 1995.
DAVID ISAAC is Professor of Real Estate Development at Greenwich University. He is the author of a number of texts in Property Investment and Development for Macmillan.
JEAN CHEN is a lecturer in Business Management at the University of Surrey.
